NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE AN ENTRANT’S ODDS OF WINNING.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Terms.
- Sponsor and Promotion
The sponsor of this promotion is Treasure Data, Inc. dba Treasure AI (“Treasure AI,” “Sponsor,” “we,” or “us”), with an address at 800 W. El Camino Real, Suite 180, Mountain View, CA 94040.
The Treasure AI Agentic World 2026 “Find Trenya” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is a corporate marketing promotion conducted in connection with the Agentic World 2026 event taking place in Miami, Florida, from October 5, 2026 through October 7, 2026 (the “Event”).
The purpose of the Promotion is to encourage attendees to explore the Event and participate in designated Event experiences. The Promotion is not intended to influence any purchasing decision, procurement process, contract, renewal, or other business decision involving Treasure AI.
- Promotion Period and Daily Entry Periods
The Promotion begins at 5:00 PM Eastern Time on October 5, 2026 and ends when the winners are selected during the Agentic Awards and closing remarks sessions on October 7, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
All times are Eastern Time. Sponsor’s official timekeeping device and digital scanners will determine the applicable time and participation records.
- Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:
The Promotion is administered solely at the Event in Florida and is not open to individuals who are not physically present at the Event during the applicable qualifying activity.
For purposes of these Official Terms, a “government entity” includes a national, federal, state, provincial, municipal, or local government, government department or agency, public university, public school, public hospital, public financial institution, public telecommunications entity, or public international organization.
A “state-owned or state-controlled enterprise” includes an entity that is owned, controlled, or substantially influenced by a government, even if the entity operates commercially.
Sponsor may request reasonable information from a participant or potential winner to verify eligibility, including age, Event registration, physical presence at the Event, employer, role, and authority to accept the prize. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant or potential winner who does not satisfy these requirements.
- Are at least eighteen (18) years old;
- Are registered for the Event;
- Are physically present at the event in Florida, and attending the Event during the applicable qualifying activity;
- Are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, representative, or agent of Treasure AI or its affiliates, or a member of any such person’s immediate family or household;
- Are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, representative, or agent of the Event venue, Promotion administrator, advertising agency, or other vendor directly involved in administering the Promotion;
- Are not a government official or employee, representative, or agent of a government entity or state-owned or state-controlled enterprise;
- Are not an active procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or contracting decision-maker or influencer for an organization that is evaluating, purchasing, renewing, or negotiating for Treasure AI products or services;
- Are not prohibited by their employer’s policies, applicable law, or professional obligations from participating in the Promotion or accepting a prize; and
- Have authority to participate in the Promotion and accept the rights and obligations described in these Official Terms.
- How to Participate
Eligible attendees may receive a Find Trenya stamp card at Event registration. The stamp card features a map of the Event venue and identifies the locations of the qualifying activities and designated scanning stations.
To earn entries, an eligible attendee must participate in the applicable qualifying activity and have their Event badge or other authorized identifier scanned at the designated station.
Each qualifying activity is worth one (1) entry:
- Self-service demo: Complete or meaningfully engage with the self-service demo and complete the designated scan;
- Marketing or Data workshop: Attend either a Marketing track workshop or a Data track workshop and complete the designated scan; and
- Agentic Awards and closing remarks: Attend the Agentic Awards and closing remarks session and complete the designated scan.
An attendee may earn no more than one (1) entry for the workshop activity, regardless of whether they attend more than one workshop. An attendee may earn a maximum of three (3) entries during the Promotion.
The digital scanner records maintained by Sponsor or its designated administrator will be the official record of participation and entries. The physical stamp card is provided as an engagement tool and event keepsake. Participants may keep their stamp cards, and a lost or replacement stamp card will not create an additional entry or affect the digital record of entries.
Sponsor may provide stamps at the designated stations, but possession of a completed or stamped card is not required to be entered into the drawing. Conversely, a stamp card does not establish eligibility if the corresponding digital participation record is not available.
No purchase, payment, favorable comment, product endorsement, referral, customer status, or sales activity is required to enter or win. Event registration and attendance are required, but Event registration is free.
- Participation Verification and Entry Limits
Participation will be verified through the digital scanner at each designated station. Each registered attendee may receive no more than one valid scan for each qualifying activity.
Duplicate, repeated, fraudulent, unauthorized, or technically invalid scans may be rejected. Sponsor may use Event registration records, badge records, station records, staff confirmations, and other reasonable information to verify participation and resolve discrepancies.
Entries generated through tampering, deception, automated means, or any method that improperly circumvents the designated scanning process are void.
Sponsor’s records will control in the event of a dispute regarding the number or validity of an attendee’s entries, subject to applicable law. Sponsor may reject or exclude any entry that does not comply with these requirements. Sponsor is not required to notify an entrant before excluding an entry.
- Drawing and Selection of Winners
Ten (10) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries recorded during the Promotion.
Each valid entry provides one chance in the random drawing. An attendee who earns three valid entries will have three chances to be selected, while an attendee who earns one valid entry will have one chance.
The digital scanner system or associated event system will be used to randomly select the winners during the Agentic Awards and closing remarks session.
A designated Treasure AI representative will announce the selected winners on stage. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Promotion and selection of winners are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
- Winner Presence and Verification
To be eligible to receive a prize, a selected winner must be physically present at the Event during the Agentic Awards and closing remarks session and must be able to verify their eligibility when notified.
A selected winner may be required to provide or confirm:
- Their name and Event registration information;
- Their age;
- Their physical attendance at the Event;
- Their employer and role;
- That their employer permits them to accept the prize;
- That they are not a government official, government-entity employee, state-owned-enterprise employee, or active procurement decision-maker; and
- Any other information reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, anti-bribery, or prize-distribution purposes.If a selected winner is absent, cannot be located, fails eligibility verification, is prohibited from accepting the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Terms, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
- Prizes
Ten (10) prize packs will be awarded, one prize pack to each verified winner.
Each prize pack will consist of a selection of Treasure AI, Agentic World, and/or third-party branded merchandise. The specific contents of each prize pack may vary.
The approximate retail value of each prize pack will not exceed $250 USD. The total approximate retail value of all prize packs will not exceed $2,500 USD.
Prizes will be available for collection at Treasure House after the conclusion of the Agentic Awards and closing remarks session. A winner must claim their prize in accordance with the instructions provided by Sponsor.
Prize packs are provided as awarded and may not be substituted, transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash by a winner, except that Sponsor may substitute an item or prize pack with another item or prize pack of comparable value if necessary or if an advertised item is unavailable.
- Taxes and Expenses
Each winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and expenses associated with accepting or using the prize, except for taxes that Sponsor is legally required to pay.
Sponsor may withhold or report amounts as required by applicable law. A winner may be required to provide accurate tax, identification, residency, or payment information before receiving the prize.
A prize does not include travel, lodging, meals, transportation, insurance, or any other expense unless expressly stated in these Official Terms.
Winners should consult their own tax advisers regarding the treatment of the prize.
- Employer Policies and Compliance Restrictions
Each entrant is responsible for determining whether their employer, professional body, government agency, or other organization permits them to participate in the Promotion and accept the prize.
Sponsor will not award a prize to a person whose employer’s policies or professional obligations prohibit participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.
Sponsor may disqualify an entrant or potential winner if participation or prize acceptance could reasonably create an actual or apparent conflict of interest, violate an employer policy, influence a procurement or contracting decision, or create a concern under applicable anti-bribery or anti-corruption laws.
The Promotion is not intended to provide a personal benefit to any person in exchange for, or in connection with, a purchasing, procurement, contracting, renewal, or other business decision.
- Publicity
Subject to applicable law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Treasure AI permission to use the winner’s name, city and country of residence, photograph, image, likeness, and statements concerning the Promotion, workshop, or Event for promotional, advertising, publicity, and corporate communications purposes without additional compensation.
The winner may be identified in a winner announcement. Sponsor may publish the winners’ names or other permitted information on its website or other sites.
- Entrant Representations and Releases
By participating, each participant represents and warrants that:
- The entrant has authority to participate in the Promotion;
- The entrant’s participation complies with the entrant’s employer’s policies and applicable law;
- The entrant has accurately provided all information requested by Sponsor; and
- The entrant is not prohibited from participating or accepting the prize under these Official Terms.By participating, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Treasure AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, and Promotion administrators from claims arising out of the participant’s participation in the Promotion, the submission or use of an entry, or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use a prize, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
- Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with Treasure AI’s applicable privacy notice, available at https://www.treasure.ai/privacy-statement/, and these Official Terms.
Information may be used to:
- Administer the Promotion;
- Verify eligibility;
- Confirm Event registration, attendance, and qualifying activity participation;
- Conduct the random drawing;
- Contact and verify potential winners;
- Distribute prizes;
- Meet tax, accounting, legal, and compliance obligations; and
- Maintain records of the Promotion.Sponsor will collect and retain only information reasonably necessary for these purposes and will retain it in accordance with its applicable retention practices and legal obligations.
Participation in the Promotion will not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications. Any marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the applicable privacy notice.
- Changes, Suspension, or Termination
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, security issues, legal restrictions, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.
Sponsor will not materially change the eligibility requirements, prize value, or drawing method after the Promotion begins except where necessary to correct an error, comply with law, address an unforeseen issue, or preserve the integrity of the Promotion.
Any material change will be communicated through the Event or Promotion channels and reflected in the posted version of these Official Terms.
- Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected participation records;
- Scanner, badge, or other technical failures or limitations affecting participation/entry tracking;
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of participation records;
- Internet, network, hardware, software, or communications failures;
- Errors in the administration of the Promotion;
- Any inability of an attendee to complete a qualifying activity or scan;
- Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or use of a prize; or
- Any event outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.Nothing in these Official Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
- Governing Law and Disputes
These Official Terms and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Terms will be brought individually and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action, to the extent permitted by applicable law, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Nothing in these Official Terms is intended to limit any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
- Rules Availability
These Official Terms will be made available at https://www.treasure.ai/terms/find-trenya-sweepstakes-terms and may also be displayed at the Event.
Sponsor’s interpretation and application of these Official Terms will be final, subject to applicable law.
