Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Terms and Conditions.
- Sponsor and Promotion
The sponsor of this promotion is Treasure Data, Inc. dba Treasure AI (“Treasure AI,” “Sponsor,” “we,” or “us”), with an address at 800 W. El Camino Real, Suite 180, Mountain View, CA 94040.
The Treasure AI Agentic World 2026 Social Media Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is a corporate marketing promotion conducted in connection with the Agentic World 2026 event taking place in Miami, Florida, from October 5, 2026 through October 7, 2026 (the “Event”).
The purpose of the Promotion is to encourage attendees to share genuine photographs, observations, and takeaways from the Event. The Promotion is not intended to influence any purchasing decision, procurement process, contract, renewal, or other business decision involving Treasure AI.
- Promotion Period and Daily Entry Periods
The Promotion begins at 8:00 AM Eastern Time on October 5, 2026 and ends at 2:00 PM Eastern Time on October 7, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
The Promotion will have three separate daily entry periods:
- Day 1: From 8:00 AM Eastern Time / October 5, 2026 through 9:30 PM Eastern Time / October 5, 2026
- Day 2: From 9:00 AM Eastern Time / October 6, 2026 through 9:30 PM Eastern Time / October 6, 2026
- Day 3: From 9:00 AM Eastern Time / October 7, 2026 through 2:00 PM Eastern Time / October 7, 2026
All times are Eastern Time. Sponsor’s official timekeeping device will determine the applicable time.
One potential winner will be selected for each daily entry period, for a total of three potential winners.
- Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:
- Are at least eighteen (18) years old;
- Are registered for the Event;
- Are physically present at the event in Florida, and attending the Event during the applicable daily entry period;
- Have an active social media account in good standing;
- Are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, representative, or agent of Treasure AI or its affiliates, or a member of any such person’s immediate family or household;
- Are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, representative, or agent of the Event venue, Promotion administrator, advertising agency, or other vendor directly involved in administering the Promotion;
- Are not a government official or employee, representative, or agent of a government entity or state-owned or state-controlled enterprise;
- Are not an active procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or contracting decision-maker or influencer for an organization that is evaluating, purchasing, renewing, or negotiating for Treasure AI products or services;
- Are not prohibited by their employer’s policies, applicable law, or professional obligations from participating in the Promotion or accepting a prize; and
- Have authority to submit the entry and grant the rights described in these Official Terms.
The Promotion is administered solely at the Event in Florida and is not open to individuals who are not physically present at the Event during the applicable entry period.
For purposes of these Official Terms, a “government entity” includes a national, federal, state, provincial, municipal, or local government, government department or agency, public university, public school, public hospital, public financial institution, public telecommunications entity, or public international organization.
A “state-owned or state-controlled enterprise” includes an entity that is owned, controlled, or substantially influenced by a government, even if the entity operates commercially.
Sponsor may request reasonable information from an entrant or potential winner to verify eligibility, including age, Event registration, physical presence at the Event, employer, role, and authority to accept the prize. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant or potential winner who does not satisfy these requirements.
- How to Enter
To enter during an applicable daily entry period, an eligible attendee must:
- Publish an original photograph, written takeaway, or other eligible content relating to the Event on the entrant’s LinkedIn account;
- Include the hashtag #AgenticWorldExperience in the post;
- Tag the official Treasure AI LinkedIn account at @Treasure AI/account/www.linkedin.com/company /treasure-data-inc-; and
- Ensure that the post is publicly viewable by Sponsor during the applicable daily entry period and while entries are being reviewed.
The entry must be posted during the applicable daily entry period. Entries posted before or after the applicable daily entry period will not be eligible for that day’s drawing.
Each person may submit no more than one (1) eligible entry per daily entry period. An individual may enter on more than one day but may win no more than one prize during the Promotion.
No purchase, payment, favorable comment, product endorsement, referral, customer status, or sales activity is required to enter or win. Event registration and attendance are required, but Event registration is free.
Entries must be submitted by the individual entrant. Entries generated, submitted, or assisted by bots, scripts, automated services, or other automated means are void.
- Entry Content Requirements
Each entry must:
- Be original to the entrant;
- Relate to the Event or an Event session;
- Be truthful and reflect the entrant’s genuine experience or observations;
- Comply with applicable law;
- Not contain confidential, proprietary, or non-public information;
- Not contain personal information about another person without that person’s permission;
- Not include an identifiable person without appropriate permission or consent;
- Not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- Not include third-party logos, trademarks, artwork, music, or other protected content without authorization;
- Not contain defamatory, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, unlawful, or misleading material;
- Not contain a false or misleading endorsement, testimonial, or product claim; and
- Not be submitted in exchange for payment or another benefit from any person other than Sponsor under this Promotion.
An entry does not need to express a favorable opinion of Treasure AI or its products. Sponsor will not require or reward positive sentiment, favorable product claims, or misleading statements.
Sponsor may reject or exclude any entry that does not comply with these requirements. Sponsor is not required to notify an entrant before excluding an entry.
- Entry Disclosure
Entrants are encouraged to identify their post as a sweepstakes entry by including language substantially similar to:

- Drawings and Selection of Potential Winners
One potential winner will be selected for each daily entry period in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that daily entry period.
The drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated administrator on or about:
- Day 1 drawing: October 5, 2026
- Day 2 drawing: October 6, 2026
- Day 3 drawing: October 7, 2026
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable daily entry period.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Promotion are final and binding, subject to applicable law. Sponsor may select one or more alternate potential winners for each daily drawing. An alternate potential winner may be selected if a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails eligibility verification, is prohibited from accepting the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Terms.
- Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be notified by email, the email address associated with their Event registration, or both, within 5 business days after the applicable drawing.
A potential winner may be required to complete and return, within the time specified by Sponsor:
- An eligibility and prize-acceptance certification;
- Confirmation that their employer permits them to accept the prize;
- Confirmation that they are not a government official or an employee, representative, or agent of a government entity or state-owned or state-controlled enterprise, and are not an active procurement decision-maker;
- Confirmation of their age and physical attendance at the Event;
- A publicity and content-use release;
- A tax form or other information reasonably required by Sponsor, its service provider, or applicable law; and
- Any additional documentation reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, anti-bribery, or prize-delivery purposes.
If a potential winner does not respond within five calendar days after Sponsor’s first notification attempt, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
A potential winner is not a winner unless and until Sponsor confirms eligibility and completes the verification process.
- Prizes
Three prizes will be awarded, one for each daily entry period.
Each verified winner will receive:
One (1) gift card with an approximate retail value of $500 USD, issued by Visa and selected by Sponsor.
The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $1,500 USD.
The prize will be delivered electronically or by another method selected by Sponsor within approximately 30 days after the winner completes the verification process.
Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions, including any geographic, currency, merchant, expiration, activation, or redemption restrictions. Sponsor does not guarantee that a particular gift card will be available, deliverable, or usable in every country or jurisdiction.
If the specified gift card is unavailable, unlawful, or cannot reasonably be delivered to a verified winner, Sponsor may, subject to applicable law, provide a reasonably comparable substitute prize or select an alternate potential winner.
No substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash redemption of a prize is permitted by a winner, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value where necessary or permitted by law.
- Taxes and Expenses
Each winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and expenses associated with accepting or using the prize, except for taxes that Sponsor is legally required to pay.
Sponsor may withhold or report amounts as required by applicable law. A winner may be required to provide accurate tax, identification, residency, or payment information before receiving the prize.
A prize does not include travel, lodging, meals, transportation, insurance, or any other expense unless expressly stated in these Official Terms.
Winners should consult their own tax advisers regarding the treatment of the prize.
- Employer Policies and Compliance Restrictions
Each entrant is responsible for determining whether their employer, professional body, government agency, or other organization permits them to participate in the Promotion and accept the prize.
Sponsor will not award a prize to a person whose employer’s policies or professional obligations prohibit participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.
Sponsor may disqualify an entrant or potential winner if participation or prize acceptance could reasonably create an actual or apparent conflict of interest, violate an employer policy, influence a procurement or contracting decision, or create a concern under applicable anti-bribery or anti-corruption laws.
The Promotion is not intended to provide a personal benefit to any person in exchange for, or in connection with, a purchasing, procurement, contracting, renewal, or other business decision.
- Content License, Publicity and Name/Image Rights
By submitting an entry, the entrant grants Treasure AI and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, repost, display, publish, distribute, edit, adapt, format, translate, and otherwise use the entry and the entrant’s LinkedIn name, username, profile image, name, likeness, voice, statements, and other material included in or associated with the entry.
This license may be used in connection with Treasure AI’s corporate communications, Event promotion, marketing, advertising, publicity, social-media activity, websites, presentations, internal communications, and related business purposes, in any media now known or later developed.
The license is granted without additional compensation. Sponsor is not required to use, repost, or return any entry.
Sponsor may crop, edit, caption, translate, combine, or otherwise adapt an entry, provided that it does not materially misrepresent the entrant’s views or experience.
Subject to applicable law, by accepting a prize, each winner separately grants Treasure AI permission to use the winner’s name, city and country of residence, photograph, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, LinkedIn username, and statements concerning the Promotion or Event for promotional, advertising, publicity, and corporate communications purposes without further compensation or approval.
A winner may be identified in a winners list or announcement. Sponsor may publish the winners’ names or other permitted information on its website or other sites.
- Entrant Representations and Releases
By entering, each entrant represents and warrants that:
- The entrant owns or has obtained all rights necessary to submit the entry and grant the rights described in these Official Terms;
- The entry is original or the entrant has all necessary permissions;
- The entry does not violate any confidentiality obligation;
- The entry does not contain personal information or an image of another person without appropriate permission;
- The entry does not infringe any third-party rights;
- The entrant has authority to grant the rights described in these Official Terms; and
- The entrant’s participation in the Promotion and, if applicable, acceptance of any prize comply with the entrant’s employer’s policies and applicable law.
Each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Treasure AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, and Promotion administrators from claims arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion, the submission or use of an entry, or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use a prize, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
- Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with Treasure AI’s applicable privacy notice, available at https://www.treasure.ai/privacy-statement/, and these Official Terms.
Information may be used to:
- Administer the Promotion;
- Verify eligibility;
- Confirm Event registration and attendance;
- Contact entrants and potential winners;
- Deliver prizes;
- Meet tax, accounting, legal, and compliance obligations;
- Review and moderate entries;
- Repost or otherwise use entries as described above; and
- Maintain records of the Promotion.
Sponsor will collect and retain only information reasonably necessary for these purposes and will retain it in accordance with its applicable retention practices and legal obligations.
Participation in the Promotion will not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications. Any marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the applicable privacy notice.
- Changes, Suspension, or Termination
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, security issues, legal restrictions, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.
Sponsor will not materially change the eligibility requirements, prize value, or drawing method after the Promotion begins except where necessary to correct an error, comply with law, address an unforeseen issue, or preserve the integrity of the Promotion.
Any material change will be communicated through the Event or Promotion channels and reflected in the posted version of these Official Terms.
- Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries;
- Technical failures or limitations affecting LinkedIn or other systems;
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of entries;
- Internet, network, hardware, software, or communications failures;
- Errors in the administration of the Promotion;
- Any inability of an entrant to access or use LinkedIn;
- Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or use of a prize; or
- Any event outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Official Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
- Governing Law and Disputes
These Official Terms and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Terms will be brought individually and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action, to the extent permitted by applicable law, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Nothing in these Official Terms is intended to limit any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
- Rules Availability
These Official Terms will be made available at [Official Rules URL] and may also be displayed at the Event.
Sponsor’s interpretation and application of these Official Terms will be final, subject to applicable law.
