高校生向け Work Experience Program を開催しました

2025年8月12日から15日の4日間、Treasure DataはUWC ISAK Japan（長野県軽井沢町、https://uwcisak.jp/）から高校生3名を迎え、Work Experience Program（職業体験プログラム）を実施しました。今回のテーマは「AI Agentの作成体験」。学生たちは当社のプロダクト Agent Foundry を活用し、ビジネスのユースケースを解決できるようなAI Agentを自ら設計・構築しました。

プログラムの前半では、Treasure Dataのサービスやデータの活用方法、AIの強みと限界について学び、コンソールを使ったハンズオンに取り組みました。続くセッションでは、AIのマーケティング活用や画像生成の仕組みに触れながら、システムプロンプトの作成に挑戦。さらにビジネスユースケースを題材に、Agentのプロトタイプを改善していきました。最終日には成果発表会を行い、従業員にプレゼンする。

この4日間を通じて、学生たちは実践的なスキルを学ぶだけでなく、社員との交流からも多くの学びを得られたと非常にポジティブなフィードバックが寄せられました。

プログラムをサポートした社員からも、「高校生のみなさんの柔軟な発想と吸収力に驚かされました。短期間でも実際のビジネスに応用できる形のAI Agentを構築してくれたことに感動しました」とのコメントが寄せられています。別のメンターも「自分たちの知識や経験を伝えるだけでなく、逆に学ばせてもらうことも多かったです。これからも未来世代と一緒に学び合う場を作っていきたい」と語りました。

Treasure Dataでは、次世代を担う若い世代に向けて、データやAIの持つ可能性を体験的に学べる機会を今後も提供していきます。今回のプログラムが、参加した学生たちの進路や挑戦の一助となり、AIを活用する未来への好奇心を育むきっかけとなれば幸いです。

Treasure Data Hosts High School Work Experience Program

From August 12 to 15, 2025, Treasure Data welcomed three high school students from UWC ISAK Japan (Nagano Prefecture, https://uwcisak.jp/) for a four-day Work Experience Program centered on “Creating an AI Agent.” The students used the company’s product, Agent Foundry, to design and build their own AI agents that could solve real business use cases.

The program’s first half focused on hands-on learning, where students explored Treasure Data’s services, learned how to use data, and discovered the strengths and limitations of AI. Subsequent sessions covered how AI is used in marketing and how image generation works. They then began creating system prompts and improving an agent prototype based on a business use case. On the final day, they presented their work to employees.

The students gave very positive feedback about the program, highlighting both the practical skills they learned and the valuable interactions with employees.

The employees were very kind and listened to our ideas, providing professional feedback. It was a truly valuable experience to learn in such a welcoming environment.

The practical AI learning was great, but hearing about the employees’ careers and experiences was also incredibly valuable. I really appreciated how warm and supportive they were.

Instead of giving us direct answers, our mentors gave us hints to help us think and explained complex concepts clearly. The collaborative and comfortable atmosphere, including the networking events, really helped me grow.

Employees who supported the program were also impressed. One shared, “I was amazed by the students’ flexible thinking and ability to absorb new information. It was inspiring to see them build an AI agent that could be applied to a real business in such a short time.” Another mentor commented, “We didn’t just share our knowledge; we also learned a lot from them. I hope we can continue to create opportunities to learn with the next generation.”

Treasure Data plans to continue offering programs like this to give young people hands-on experience with the potential of data and AI. The company hopes this program will help the participating students with their future career paths and inspire their curiosity about a future with AI.
